MT8870DE Integrated DTMF Receiver IC

The MT8870DE Integrated DTMF Receiver IC is a complete DTMF receiver IC that integrates band-split filters and digital decoding. Using switched capacitor filters and digital counting techniques, it detects and decodes all 16 DTMF tone pairs into a 4-bit code. With on-chip differential input amplifier, clock oscillator, and latched three-state bus interface, it reduces the need for external components, simplifying circuit design.
