At Stemvolt, we ship Pan-India through trusted courier partners and work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

1. Order processing and dispatch

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order immediately. Most orders are dispatched within 12 hours of order confirmation on business days.

Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. If your order is placed on a Saturday after our dispatch cutoff, it will be shipped on Monday morning.

Quick tip: Place your order early in the day for the best chance of same-day dispatch.
 

2. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The estimated timelines below are indicative and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Express air shipping charges are calculated separately based on your location and order weight — our support team will share the exact amount after you place your order.

4. Express and air shipping

If you need your order urgently, we offer express air shipping on prepaid orders. To request express delivery, follow these steps:

  • Place your order on our website as a prepaid order
  • After placing the order, contact us via email at support@stemvolt.in or call +91-8078638838
  • Mention your order number and request express air shipping
  • Our team will confirm the additional shipping cost based on your location and order weight
  • Once you approve the charges, we will dispatch your order via air courier

Express shipping is not available for COD orders.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use this tracking ID on the courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you have not received a tracking ID within 24 hours of your expected dispatch time, please contact us at support@stemvolt.in with your order number and we will look into it immediately.

6. Delivery inspection

We take great care in packing every order securely. However, we request that you inspect the outer packaging carefully at the time of delivery before accepting it from the courier.

  • If the parcel appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or improperly sealed — do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier to mark it as refused and contact us immediately.
  • If you have accepted the delivery and later notice damage to the product inside, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos or an unboxing video as supporting evidence.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order. This protects you in case of any transit damage claims.

7. Undelivered and returned shipments

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because you were unavailable, the courier will typically attempt delivery one or two more times. After failed attempts, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to us.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason, the following will apply:

  • We will contact you to confirm whether you would like the order reshipped
  • Reshipping charges will apply and must be paid before we redispatch the order
  • If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, a refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping cost and any return courier charges incurred

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. Address corrections after dispatch are not always possible.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders and pin codes across India. Here is how our COD process works:

  • COD is available on orders between ₹100 and ₹5,000
  • A ₹99 COD processing charge is applicable on all COD orders. This amount must be paid online at the time of placing the order and is non-refundable.
  • Your order will be dispatched only after the ₹99 advance charge is successfully received
  • The remaining order amount must be paid in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery
  • COD is available only for selected pin codes. The availability will be shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery pin code
  • Express shipping is not available for COD orders
Please note: The ₹99 COD advance charge is a processing fee and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation or return.
 

9. Bulk and institutional orders

Stemvolt proudly supports schools, colleges, ATL Labs, PM SHRI Labs, training centres, and resellers with bulk and institutional orders. Here is what you need to know:

  • Bulk orders are shipped Pan-India through our trusted logistics partners
  • Dispatch timelines for bulk orders depend on order size and product availability. Estimated delivery is 3 to 9 working days from dispatch, depending on your location
  • For GST billing on institutional orders, please provide accurate GSTIN details at checkout or at the time of order confirmation. GST details cannot be modified once the invoice has been generated
  • For large or custom bulk orders, please contact us directly at support@stemvolt.in to discuss pricing, timelines, and logistics

10. GST invoice

A GST invoice is available for all orders. To receive a GST invoice, please enter your GSTIN accurately at the time of checkout. Once an invoice has been generated, GST details cannot be changed or updated. Please double-check your GST number before confirming your order.
