Stemvolt is an online electronics components and robotics parts store based in Rajasthan, India. We sell Arduino boards, sensors, IoT modules, drone parts, robotics kits, and STEM educational products across India via our website www.stemvolt.in.
2. Eligibility
Our website is intended for use by individuals who are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
3. User accounts
When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password with anyone or allow others to access your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
Stemvolt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if we find evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or a violation of these terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately at support@stemvolt.in.
4. Product information and pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices on our website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order and notify you accordingly.
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). A GST invoice is available for all orders — simply enter your GSTIN at checkout before confirming your order. Please note that GST details cannot be updated once the invoice has been generated. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Your order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online payment via UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking through Razorpay
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for eligible pin codes on orders between ₹100 and ₹5,000, subject to a ₹99 COD processing charge paid online
All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Stemvolt does not store your card or bank account details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 12 hours of confirmation on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery timelines and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Our return, refund, replacement, and warranty terms are detailed in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read that policy before making a purchase, especially if you are buying electronic components that may be subject to restrictions on return.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and the overall design — is the property of Stemvolt or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Product names, brand names, and trademarks of third-party manufacturers (such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used on our website purely for identification purposes.
10. User conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during checkout or account creation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your account and, where applicable, legal action.

Stemvolt's liability in connection with any product purchased from our website is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or any product purchased from us, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or damage caused by misuse of a product.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
