Refund and Returns Policy

At StemVolt, we are committed to providing high-quality products with accurate descriptions as mentioned on our website.

Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement within 4 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories and invoice. Custom-made products, clearance or sale items, batteries, wires, and other consumables are not eligible.

All requests are subject to approval after inspection. Once approved, replacement products are dispatched within 2–4 working days, depending on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Please note that damage caused by misuse, modification, soldering, static discharge, or physical mishandling is not covered under return or replacement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is verified. The approved amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded through bank transfer or store credit. Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Our tech team will inspect the case to confirm the condition of the product before approving a return or refund.

Replacement Policy

Approved replacements are dispatched within 3–5 working days, depending on stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Damage caused by misuse, modification, soldering, static discharge, or physical mishandling is not covered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built and clearance/sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Opened or used electronic components, batteries, and accessories are also non-returnable. Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, soldering, static discharge, neglect, or physical damage are not eligible for return or warranty coverage.

Warranty Policy

A 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty applies only to original Raspberry Pi and original Arduino boards. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water exposure, heavy moisture, tampering, or improper handling.

Return Guidelines

If our technical team confirms that the faulty item cannot be resolved remotely, an RMA number will be issued for the return. This RMA number must be clearly mentioned on the outer shipping box. Please do not write or stick anything directly on the original product packaging. All returned products must include a copy of the original packing list or invoice

Important Notice

Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control policies, cancellations and returns without valid reasons are not allowed.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Rajasthan, India. Stemvolt reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, refund, replacement, and warranty cases.
