At Stemvolt, we provide reliable Pan-India shipping through trusted courier partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Most orders are dispatched within 12 hours of confirmation, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Standard delivery time is usually 3 to 8 days for surface shipping, depending on your location. In remote areas, delivery may take up to 9 days. Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared so you can easily track your package.

Express / Air Shipping

If you require fast air shipping, the order must be placed as prepaid. After placing the order, please contact our support team to request express delivery. Air shipping charges may vary depending on location and order weight.

Shipping Charges

A flat ₹79 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

Delivery Inspection

We request customers to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, tampered, or improperly sealed, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Stemvolt offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations across India on orders between ₹100 and ₹3000.

A ₹99 COD processing charge is applicable on all COD orders. This amount must be paid online at the time of placing the order and is non-refundable. The remaining order amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Please note that COD orders will be dispatched only after the ₹99 advance charge is successfully received. COD service is available only for selected pin codes.

Bulk & Institutional Shipping Policy

Stemvolt provides Pan-India shipping for bulk and institutional orders through trusted logistics partners. Dispatch timelines depend on order size and product availability, with an estimated delivery time of 3–9 working days, based on location.

For GST billing, institutions must provide accurate GST details during checkout or at the time of order confirmation. GST details cannot be modified once the invoice is generated.
