Orders are processed and dispatched upon confirmation and stock availability.

Most orders are shipped the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, strikes, or environmental factors.

Delivery Estimation

99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Surface Delivery: Typically takes 3-8 days.

Delivery timelines vary based on location, pin code, and whether the destination is urban or rural, with an estimated range of 3-9 days.

Customers receive a tracking ID and link after dispatch to monitor their shipment status.

Shipping Partners We partner with reputable courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and The Professional Courier to ensure quick and efficient deliveries.

Special Requests: For remote locations where standard couriers are unavailable or if past issues have been faced with certain couriers, we offer EMS Speed Post as an alternative upon request.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹999 within India.

Flat Shipping Charge: ₹79 for orders below ₹999.

Exceptions: Free shipping is not applicable for deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura).

Inspecting Deliveries

Customers are advised to inspect their package upon delivery.

If the product appears damaged or the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package and contact our Customer Care immediately at +91 80786 38838 or email Support@stemvolt.in with the order reference number.

We are committed to promptly replacing defective or tampered products.

GST Invoicing

As per government mandates, e-invoices must be generated on the NIC portal.

Customers requiring a GST invoice should enter their GST details at checkout. GST details cannot be modified post-order placement.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD Available for Orders: Between ₹500 and ₹5000.

COD Processing Fee: ₹49 per order.

COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, we request customers to opt for prepaid payment.

COD orders are dispatched only after a confirmation call and successful delivery of any previous COD order from the same customer.

If the confirmation call remains unanswered, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified via email.
