This 16A 250V AC DPDT ON-OFF-ON Rocker Switch is perfect for controlling power to electronic circuits, robots, etc. DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) Rocker Switch is an electromechanical switch which is usually used to control forward and backward motion of a motor. This is done by changing the polarity of the power supply. It has three positions ON-OFF-ON marked on it which makes it easy to identify its state. DPDT Rocker Switch is very easy to install as it does not require any screw or nut-bolt in its installation. DPDT Rocker Switch can operate on 16A 250V AC and 20A 125V AC. DPDT switches have 2 input and 4 output pins. Each input pin has 2 corresponding output pins. DPDT Rocker Switch is majorly used in applications like robot motors, cars and motorcycle DC motors, industrial DC motors or wherever a motor has to be rotated in both directions. It is not a momentary switch, it remains in the position even after the switch is released.
