3.7V 2000mAh Lithium Polymer Battery – KP Battery

The 3.7V 2000mAh Lithium Polymer Battery from KP Battery is a single-cell LiPo pack at 3.7V nominal voltage and 2000mAh capacity, terminated with a 2-pin JST connector. Lithium polymer cells are manufactured as flat flexible pouches rather than rigid cylinders  that shape makes them easy to fit inside slim enclosures, wearable housings, and compact instrument cases where a cylindrical 18650 cell would leave dead space around its curved body. At 2000mAh, this pack stores 7.4Wh of energy per charge, delivering approximately 20 hours of runtime at 100mA continuous draw.

The lithium polymer battery single-cell configuration produces 3.7V nominal, reaching 4.2V at full charge when connected to a single-cell LiPo balance charger. The 2-pin JST connector mates with standard LiPo charger ports and the onboard LiPo header on development boards that include single-cell Li-Polymer charging management. Boards equipped with a TP4056, MCP73831, or similar single-cell LiPo charge IC accept this connector directly for both charging and regulated power output.

The rechargeable lipo battery flat pouch format suits where the battery shape needs to conform to available space – tucked flat behind a display, laid across the base of a wrist-worn device, or stacked above a PCB in a shallow enclosure. A LiPo-specific charger terminating at 4.2V must be used to charge this cell  generic USB chargers and Li-Ion chargers designed for cylindrical cells may not implement the correct charge profile.
