The SX1278 LoRa Module (model RA-02) transmits wireless signals at 433 MHz and covers distances up to 15 KM in open areas. LoRa stands for Long Range, a wireless modulation (a technique for encoding data onto radio waves) technology built for sending small data packets across very long distances on very low power. The lora module connects to your microcontroller through SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), a standard four-wire bus.
