Anti-Vibration Shock Absorber Mount for APM, KK, MWC, and Pixhawk Flight Controllers

The Anti-Vibration Shock Absorber Mount for APM, KK, MWC, and Pixhawk Flight Controllers is a two-plate glass fiber mounting system connected by rubber shock absorber balls that physically isolates the flight controller from the vibrations generated by spinning propellers and brushless motors during flight. Flight controllers contain gyroscopes and accelerometers that measure the drone’s orientation and movement — when motor vibration travels through the rigid frame directly to the flight controller, the sensors pick up that vibration as movement, causing the flight controller to make unnecessary corrections and resulting in unstable, jittery flight. This anti vibration mount for flight controller places rubber shock absorbers between the frame and the FC board to absorb that vibration before it reaches the sensors.

The apm flight controller mount comes with two glass fiber plate sizes — 90×60×2mm and 100×70×2mm — to accommodate different flight controller footprints across the APM, KK, MWC, and Pixhawk boards commonly used in Indian drone builds. Both plates are 2mm thin to keep the FC stack height low inside compact drone frames. The rubber shock absorber balls measure 10mm diameter and 12mm in height, connecting the two plates and providing the vibration damping layer between the rigid frame-mounted bottom plate and the FC-mounted top plate.
