The Digital LED DC Voltmeter Ammeter 100V 100A combines two instruments in one panel-mount module a voltmeter reading from 0 to 100V DC and an ammeter reading from 0 to 100A DC displaying both values simultaneously on a dual LED display. Seeing voltage and current together on one display lets the operator calculate power draw (watts = volts × amps) and monitor both parameters at the same time without switching between instruments or displays on a bench panel.
The digital voltmeter ammeter requires a separate power supply of 4.5V to 24V DC for the display module itself this is separate from the voltage and current being measured. That separate supply keeps the display operating even when the measured circuit voltage falls below what would power a self-powered two-wire voltmeter. The 100A current measurement requires an external shunt resistor in the measured circuit the ammeter measures the small voltage drop across a precision shunt to calculate current without passing 100A through the module’s PCB traces directly. Confirm whether a shunt is included with this unit or needs to be purchased separately.
