The DC 0-25V Voltage Detection Sensor Module is a resistive voltage divider sensor that scales any DC input voltage from 0.02445V up to 25V down to the 0 to 5V analog range accepted by an Arduino ADC pin, with a resolution of 0.00489V per ADC step. The voltage sensor connects two wires from the measured DC source to the module input, and the scaled analog output connects to any Arduino analog input for voltage reading using analogRead() — the arduino voltage sensor conversion formula is: Actual Voltage = analogRead() × (5.0 / 1023) × 5, where the multiplier of 5 accounts for the onboard 5:1 resistive divider ratio.

The 25v voltage detection sensor covers the most commonly used DC voltage ranges in Indian college projects — 5V logic supplies, 12V DC adapter rails, and 24V automation panel supplies — in a single module without range switching or calibration.
