Flame and Heat Sensor Module Made in India

The Flame and Heat Sensor Module detects fire or intense heat using an infrared photodiode (a light-sensitive component that responds to infrared from flames). It runs on 3.3V to 5V DC and detects heat up to 100cm away, giving early warning. It provides both digital (high/low) and analog outputs, with sensitivity around 50 degrees for trigger response.

The flame sensor module uses a comparator circuit to convert the photodiode signal into a clean digital output. A non-obvious detail is that sunlight and bright lights emit infrared and may cause false triggers. The sensing cone is narrow, so correct alignment toward the flame is required for full detection range.
